ALLRUGO reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on ALLRUGO.com. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Easy Returns

We are very flexible with our return policy. If you are not comfortable with the Rug you have purchased from our store. We would be happy to refund it if you contact us within 14 days of receiving it. After this period ALLRUGO would not be responsible for any of your purchase.
