Easy Returns
At ALLRUGO, we take pride in our flexible return policy, designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find that you are not completely comfortable with the rug you purchased from our store, we invite you to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do this, we will be happy to initiate a refund for you. Please note that after this 14-day period, ALLRUGO will no longer be responsible for any purchases.
While we offer free returns, we kindly ask that customers cover the shipping expenses associated with returns. This cost is typically around 15% of the product price and applies to both the return shipment to us and the original delivery.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the same credit card or bank account that was used for the original purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, it is essential that the returned item includes the appropriate return dispatch note. If this note is missing, we will need to send the product back to you at your expense.
Additionally, please ensure that the item is in its original condition upon return. If a rug is returned but is not in its original state, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process the return or issue a refund. In such cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs if you wish to have the item returned to you.
