We would be happy to refund it if you contact us within 14 days of receiving it. After this period ALLRUGO would not be responsible for any of your purchase. When a return is finished, the similar card or bank account will be credited that you utilized to order and purchase. If we get returning item without the best possible return dispatch note the products will be sent back at the client's cost. Moreover, if an item is returned and isn't in the original condition, the return won't be acknowledged. For this situation, the client won't be discounted for the item and will be responsible for transportation costs if that they wish to have the item gotten back to them.
